TERMINATION: This Agreement will take effect (or shall re-take effect) at the time you click “ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT NOW,” “PAY NOW,” “ORDER NOW”, “SUBMIT”, “BUY NOW”, “PURCHASE”, “I ACCEPT”, “I AGREE” or similar links or buttons, otherwise submit information through the Website, respond to a request for information, begin installing, accessing, or using our Website, complete a purchase, select a method of payment, and/or enter in payment method information, whichever is earliest. Any materials, images, designs, videos, or sounds you use to create and promote your training whether posted on Divine Great Spirit or another platform remains your intellectual property.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:  Any and All Materials that include any reference to Divine Great Spirit must be approved by Divine Great Spirit. Clients cannot create an impression that your relationship with Divine Great Spirit is anything more than it is, which is an independent forum for you to grow spiritually and elevate your service portfolio.
 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

A cancelled appointment delays our work.  In the event of a private session cancellation, give a window of 96 hours notice. If you are unable to provide at least 96 hours notice when you cancel or have a delay of over 15 minutes as we will require at least 45 minutes for each session, you will be charged the full fee for your session. Refunds are within a scope of assessment basis and Divine Great Spirit (within New Earth Masters FZE) will review the situation & deduct the necessary admin fee before any agreement to refund. All sessions that have already been facilitated will not be refunded no matter the situation. Mentorships refunds are based on the agreement signed prior to starting. All Online Courses are non refundable (unless mentioned) and non transferable. If for any reason Divine Great Spirit (within New Earth Masters FZE) suspects a transfer, they have the right to revoke access to the course after discussion with you. You will have lifetime access to all courses for the lifespan of the course. If the course no longer exists in Divine Great Spirit (within New Earth Masters FZE) suite of courses, then its lifespan has ended. ​Divine Great Spirit (within New Earth Masters FZE) has the right to unenroll you from any online course or program, and release you as a client at any time without any refund if your behavior is unethical, destructive, disrespectful, chaotic, or uncoachable in any shape or form without any prior consent. Retreats take alot of our time and energy to create and facilitate, so whether the retreat is online or live in person, they are non refundable whatsoever with the only exception for force majeure situations limited to war, death in the family, and severe life threatening illness only. Please note: If you opted for a payment plan for a retreat, course or online product including mentorships, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and offer a 7-day money-back guarantee refund period for selected purchases of particular courses from Our Offerings stated clearly in the website page of the course. If it is not stated, then the Money Back Guarantee does not apply. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you or your healing services, within 7 days of enrollment, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund, with clarity on why, by the 6th day at 11:59 pm EST.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 7 days following the date of purchase. After day 7, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

All Money Back Guarantee terms are based on integrity, meaning you watch partial or the full Module 1 ONLY of the course, and if you feel this is not right for you then the guarantee applies. DISPUTE

The arbitrator shall have the exclusive and sole authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, construction, validity, applicability, or enforceability of these Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale, the Privacy Policy, this arbitration provision, and any other terms incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale. The arbitrator shall have the exclusive and sole authority to determine whether any dispute is arbitrable. You and Divine Great Spirit expressly waive any right to pursue any class or other representative action against each other.
