PRICING
Products, services, programs, and their prices are generally posted on our website but are subject to change.
Divine Great Spirit reserves the right, without notice, to discontinue products or services, modify specifications, change pricing, or offer promotional or sale pricing without incurring any obligation to you.
If you have already purchased a product or service before a price change, the price applicable to your completed purchase will generally remain the price you agreed to at the time of purchase, subject to the specific terms of that purchase.
If you are participating through a payment plan, your payment obligations remain subject to the payment schedule you agreed to when making your purchase as this is not a subscription plan but a loan.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, decisions, actions, health, and safety. Divine Great Spirit is not responsible for any injury, illness, emotional or psychological distress, spiritual experience, loss, harm, adverse outcome, or death that may occur before, during, or after your participation.
We do not sell a guaranteed quick fix or a “get spiritual quick” system. Our teachings and services require your own time, effort, discernment, participation, and application. What is helpful for one person may not be appropriate or effective for another.
You may not share, teach, reproduce, distribute, resell, or otherwise use Divine Great Spirit’s teachings, practices, materials, or information with your own community, clients, students, business, or any other third party without our prior written consent. You are solely responsible for any use of our materials or teachings beyond your personal participation
You agree to indemnify Divine Great Spirit in the event that you or your business violates any law and a claim is threatened or asserted against Divine Great Spirit as a result.

TERMINATION
These Terms become effective when you access or use our Website, submit information through the Website, purchase a product or service, select a payment method, enter payment information, or otherwise begin using our services, whichever occurs first.
If, in our sole discretion, we believe that you have failed to comply with these Terms, violated applicable law, or engaged in conduct that is harmful, abusive, unethical, destructive, disrespectful, chaotic, or otherwise inappropriate, we may suspend or terminate your access to Divine Great Spirit, our Website, courses, programs, mentorships, communities, or other services without any refund.
Termination may occur without prior notice where appropriate.
Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments that were agreed to before termination, subject to any applicable rights under law.
Divine Great Spirit will not be responsible for any delay, damage, interruption, or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature or other force majeure events.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided by Divine Great Spirit—including written content, teachings, courses, workbooks, manuals, images, designs, videos, audio, graphics, photographs, sounds, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property—are owned by or licensed to Divine Great Spirit unless otherwise stated.
These materials are provided for your personal use and are not yours to reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, copy, teach, upload, share, or commercially exploit without prior written permission from Divine Great Spirit.
Any materials that include references to Divine Great Spirit or suggest an affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or relationship with Divine Great Spirit must be approved by Divine Great Spirit.
You may not create the impression that your relationship with Divine Great Spirit is anything other than the relationship actually established between you and Divine Great Spirit.
Materials you independently create using your own ideas and intellectual property remain yours. However, Divine Great Spirit's original materials, teachings, images, designs, videos, audio, and other intellectual property remain the property of Divine Great Spirit.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
A cancelled appointment affects our ability to serve you and prepare for your session. For private sessions, we require at least 96 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you cancel with less than 96 hours' notice, or if you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session, you may be charged the full session fee. Sessions require a minimum of 45 minutes and may not be able to be extended due to late arrival.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis where a refund may be available. An applicable administrative fee may be deducted from an approved refund.
Sessions that have already been facilitated are non-refundable.
All mentorships are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
If you choose a payment plan for a mentorship, you agree to complete the payments according to the payment schedule you selected, whether you choose to continue participating or stop participating, subject to any applicable refund rights or legal requirements.
All online courses are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable sales page.
You will have access to a course for the lifespan of that course. Lifetime access means access for the lifespan of the offering and does not guarantee that the course will remain available forever.
If a course is discontinued or removed from the Divine Great Spirit collection of offerings, its lifespan has ended. Discontinuation does not automatically create a right to a refund.
If Divine Great Spirit suspects that course access has been transferred or shared, we reserve the right to investigate and, where appropriate, revoke access after communicating with you.
Divine Great Spirit also reserves the right to unenroll you from an online course or program or release you as a client if your behavior is unethical, destructive, disrespectful, abusive, chaotic, or otherwise incompatible with the environment we are creating, without a refund where permitted by law.
Retreats require significant time, energy, planning, preparation, and financial commitments. Unless a specific refund policy is expressly provided for a particular retreat, retreats—whether online or in person—are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered for qualifying force majeure circumstances, including circumstances such as war that prevent you from leaving the country in which you are located, or death in the immediate family, including a parent, sibling, child, or spouse. Please contact us at support@divinegreatspirit.com as soon as possible if such circumstances arise.
PAYMENT PLANS
We offer payment plans as a way to make certain purchases more manageable.
A payment plan is a payment arrangement we are offering you for the purchase you have made. It is not a subscription plan that you can cancel at any time.
When you select a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full purchase amount according to the payment schedule presented to you at the time of purchase, subject to any applicable refund rights.
Choosing to stop participating in a course, mentorship, retreat, workshop, or other offering does not automatically cancel the payment plan.
If payments fail to process, we may contact you regarding the outstanding balance and may use lawful collection methods where necessary.
We share this clearly because we want you to understand exactly what you are agreeing to before choosing a payment plan.
If you do not agree to these payment-plan terms, please do not select a payment plan at checkout.
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We want you to feel confident in your purchases. For selected courses, we may offer a 7-day money-back guarantee or 15 - day money-back guarantee
A money-back guarantee applies only to courses or programs where the guarantee is clearly stated on the applicable sales page.
If a 7-day guarantee/ or 15-day guarantee applies to your purchase and you decide within the applicable period that the program is not right for you, contact our support team at support@divinegreatspirit.com with your refund request and the reason for your request no later than the sixth day at 11:59 PM EST/ 14th day at 11:50 PM EST respectively.
Refund requests submitted after the applicable deadline are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
After the guarantee period expires, all payments are non-refundable, and you remain responsible for the applicable purchase price and any remaining payments under your payment plan.
Money-back guarantees are offered in good faith and may include specific participation requirements.
Where stated on the applicable sales page, you may access and complete Module 1 only. If you decide that the course is not right for you after completing the applicable Module 1 requirements, you may request a refund within the stated guarantee period.

We will not knowingly share confidential information with third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law or as otherwise explained in our Privacy Policy.

DISPUTES
We genuinely want you to have a positive experience with Divine Great Spirit. If you have feedback, concerns, or a complaint, please contact us directly at support@divinegreatspirit.com so we have an opportunity to understand the situation and work toward a resolution.
If you have a complaint, dispute, or controversy, you agree to first contact Divine Great Spirit and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to your use of the Website, any product or service, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, any affiliate agreement, or your relationship with Divine Great Spirit that cannot be resolved through the informal process or negotiation within one hundred twenty (120) days shall be resolved by binding, confidential arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), and judgment on the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
We agree that any claim we may have against you or your business will also be subject to this arbitration provision.
The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in the English language in Wisconsin, USA, unless both parties agree to conduct the arbitration by telephone or written submissions.
The arbitrator shall be selected by agreement of the parties or, if the parties cannot agree, chosen in accordance with the applicable Rules of the AAA.
The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the AAA's Commercial Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect at the time the demand is submitted.
The arbitrator shall have the exclusive authority to resolve disputes relating to the interpretation, construction, validity, applicability, or enforceability of these Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale, the Privacy Policy, this arbitration provision, and any other terms incorporated by reference.
The arbitrator shall also have the authority to determine whether a dispute is arbitrable and whether this arbitration agreement may be enforced against or by a non-signatory where applicable.
Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's Rules.
Except as otherwise provided by applicable law or the AAA's Rules, each party will pay its own additional fees, costs, and expenses, including attorneys, experts, documents, and witnesses.
The arbitrator shall apply the substantive law of the State of Wisconsin without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any award rendered shall include a confidential written opinion and shall be final, subject to applicable rights of appeal under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, as amended.
You and Divine Great Spirit agree that disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated on a class-wide or representative basis with any other arbitration or proceeding involving another party.
You and Divine Great Spirit expressly waive any right to pursue a class or other representative action against one another.
