From New Age Spirituality to the Truth of Christ
For more than 20 years, we searched for spiritual truth through New Age teachings, healing modalities, plant medicine, and everything we believed would help us grow. We felt like we were expanding day by day, although every now and then, we would experience energetic heaviness.
We chased after modalities, spoke to galactic beings, and focused on “manifesting” our lives. We were always chasing the next thing, the next activation, the next experience.
But underneath it all was an emptiness.
It started small… and then it grew.
Eventually, it got really loud.
So we decided to take a step back.
For a year and a half, we prayed every single day for answers. And then, one miraculous day, Jesus Christ visited us and claimed us as His own.
It was as if blindfolds fell from our eyes and a hardening left our hearts. Suddenly, we could see things differently. We picked up the Bible and couldn't stop reading it.
We felt reborn.
We realized that the “Yeshua” we had spoken to on the New Age path was not the same Yeshua we encountered in Christ. We began to understand that the spiritual path we had been following was an inversion that did not lead to the light of God, but was infiltrated by darkness.
Through Scripture and our relationship with Christ, we began to see the spiritual world through completely different eyes.
What we once understood as light wasn't always the light of God.
This is when we gave our lives to Jesus Christ, our Lord, were baptized again, and committed ourselves to sharing the truth with our brothers and sisters who are still searching in the New Age because Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to God except through him.
There’s something else we didn't understand at the time.
Even though we were deeply immersed in New Age spirituality, we never completely felt like we belonged in that world.
We loved exploring spirituality. We loved the experiences. We loved helping people. We were genuinely fascinated by the spiritual world.
But the overall New Age worldview never quite felt like home.
There were teachings, ideas, and even the language around spirituality that never completely resonated with us.
We couldn't explain why. We just knew there was something we couldn't quite put our finger on.
We even had a dove on our website.
Looking back now, that feels almost funny.
We were surrounded by New Age language, practices, and teachings, while somehow carrying symbols and ideas that pointed us somewhere we didn't yet understand.
We didn't know it then, but we were searching for Christ.
Today, if you are reading this, we pray that you have eyes to see and ears to hear the truth, so that you too may come out of the confusion, discover who Jesus truly is, and experience the love, freedom, and new life we have found in Christ.
“And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart."

The Search That Began With Loss
After losing my mother, my search for answers became much deeper.
Questions about life, death, spirituality, and what happens beyond what we can see eventually led me into New Age spirituality. At the time, I didn’t believe in religion. I saw it as part of a system of control, something designed to keep people from thinking for themselves and part of "The Matrix"
So I searched elsewhere.
For more than 15 years, I studied, practiced, and taught a wide range of spiritual modalities. I made these teachings a major part of my life and shared what I learned with others because I genuinely believed I was helping people.
Then Jesus saved me.
Everything I thought I understood about Christ began to change.
I came to see that Jesus wasn't an ascended master, as I had once been taught in the New Age. He is God incarnate.
And as I surrendered my life to Him, so much of what I had been carrying in my heart and in my life began to fall away.
Jesus changed everything.
Today, I bring my firsthand experience from more than 15 years in the New Age into my Christian teaching. My hope is to help others develop discernment, recognize spiritual deception, and discover the truth, freedom, and new life I found in Jesus Christ.

The Search That Began at 14
At 14, I had a near-death experience where I witnessed what I understood as spiritual warfare around and within the Earth. It opened my eyes to a spiritual world I knew almost nothing about, and from that moment on, I became hungry for answers.
I spent years searching through yoga, New Age spirituality, healing modalities, and spiritual teachings. I studied. I practiced. I taught.
Yet deep down… something was still missing.
Until Jesus called my name.
The moment I heard Him, my life changed in a way I can hardly put into words. It was as if the person I had been searching to become simply fell away, and something new came alive in me.
I began to see the spiritual world differently. So many things I had experienced and believed were suddenly being revealed to me through Scripture in a completely different light.
I had spent years looking for answers outside of God, The Father. I was always searching for the next teaching, the next experience, the next piece of understanding. It felt like a donkey chasing a carrot that was always just out of reach.
But with Jesus, the searching stopped.
Nothing around me had to change. My circumstances didn't suddenly become perfect. I simply encountered the presence of the Holy Spirit—and I felt whole.
I discovered a love for God that wasn't about asking Him to make me feel worthy or prove that He loved me. I simply loved Him. And somehow, in that love, so much of what I had spent years chasing no longer mattered.
Jesus opened my eyes to the truth I had been searching for all along.
Today, I share my story because I know what it is like to search, question, experience energetic expansions, and still feel like something is missing.

My prayer is simply that you come to know Jesus for yourself and discover what He has for you.

We understand the New Age world because we were part of it.
We know what it is like to search for healing, answers, awakening, and connection with God.
We also know what it is like to discover that what we believed was spiritual truth wasn't the truth at all!
Divine Great Spirit exists to help others who are searching- discover what we ultimately found:
The answer wasn't another spiritual practice.
It wasn't manifesting a better life or constantly searching for the next thing to heal.
It was Christ.
